How to track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the order tracking page. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@fineteachina.com.
What is the expected shipping timeframe for my order?
The entire waiting period consists of two components: the time it takes to process your order and the time it takes for shipping. For all orders, the standard order processing time is usually between 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your shipment.
Regarding international shipping, please anticipate a shipping duration of approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Cancellation Before Processing:
Customers can cancel their orders free of charge as long as the order has not entered the processing stage. A full refund will be issued within a specified timeframe, usually 1 to 3 business days. - Cancellation During Processing with Fee:
If a customer requests to cancel an order after it has entered the processing stage but before shipping, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. - Cancellation After Shipping Not Permitted:
Once an order has been processed, shipped, and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible. This policy is due to the logistical complexities of retrieving and stopping shipments in transit.
